Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
We use DPD for our shipping needs. Delivery options and estimates are as follows:

Next Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the day after next.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
