How to stock a legacy pod without regretting it
Match flavours to faces. Legacy platform owners are creatures of habit, and the flavour spread here, Elfbull, Cherry Cola, Blueberry Cotton Candy and the rest, exists because those habits formed years ago. Order the flavours your regulars actually buy, keep one or two crowd-pleasers like Pink Lemonade as cover, and resist stocking the list for completeness.
The ELFA device itself is still available per unit for replacements, and the ELFA Pro pods serve the Pro device as a separate line boxed in fives. Keep the two straight at ordering time; they are not interchangeable stock.
Who this line is for, and who it is not
It is for counters with an existing ELFA customer base, full stop. A shop building a new prefilled fixture in 2026 should put that money into the current formats via Elf Bar's trade range and the wider pod kits cabinet, where the device sales still happen.
