Your 14-day right to cancel

Because you’re ordering online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email info@bestukwholesaler.co.uk with your order number within that 14-day window. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

Sealed & hygiene items (important for vapes)

By law, products sealed for health or hygiene reasons can’t be returned for a change-of-mind refund once that seal is broken. For us this covers e-liquids, prefilled pods, disposable vapes and nicotine pouches. So change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the item is unused and in its original, unopened, sealed packaging. We can’t refund products that have been opened or used.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

This is separate from the right to cancel and is never affected by it. If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn’t what you ordered, you’re covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email info@bestukwholesaler.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage — at no cost to you.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns under the right to cancel, you cover the cost of return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, we cover it.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the goods back (or your proof of postage). We’ll email you once it’s done.
