Every Endura T20S in the postcode burns through coils on a steady cycle, so the reorder pattern arrives ready-made: one box of 0.8 ohm per handful of kits sold, with the 1.5 ohm added once tight-draw customers identify themselves. The wider coils shelf works the same way across brands, and the Innokin page maps which kit takes which line.

The margin story is quiet but compounding: a kit sells once, its coils sell forever, and an empty coil shelf sends both revenues to a competitor in the same visit.

Prism S coils serve the T20S and EZ.WATT kits; they are not the same line as the T18E coils that run the older Endura pens, and shelving the two side by side unlabelled is asking for returns. Stock 0.8 ohm as the default, since it ships fitted in the vape kits it serves, and treat the 1.5 ohm as the special order until asked. Counters with no Innokin kit base can skip the box entirely.
