Order before 3pm on a working day and stock leaves the same afternoon on a tracked courier, with the tracking number in your inbox before it arrives. No minimum order: the flat rate covers a single box just as happily as a full re-stock. Everything is TPD-compliant UK stock.

Returns & claims

Check your delivery when it lands. Anything damaged in transit, short-shipped or picked wrong is replaced or credited in full; tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we sort it, return postage on us. Sealed, unopened stock in resaleable condition can come back within 14 days. Because pods, liquids and pouches are hygiene-sealed, opened units can only be returned when faulty.
